Each custom timepiece is hand built To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time up to 1 week from the date of order to shipment. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure that your watch is made to your satisfaction.
All orders placed through our website are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".
Each watch is assembled by hand piece by piece in a completely handmade wayby an expert with more than 10 years of experience.

We use automatic movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, MIYOYA 8285, VK63, VK64 and VK61. Recognized globally, these movements ensure flawless function to match your daily pace.

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.

You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any issues with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
